About the role:

As a Production Associate,



you will operate manual and automated production equipment to manufacture and assemble products to required quality and production standards.

You will be responsible for:

- Operating machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
- Performing quality inspections and identifying non-conforming materials
- Completing routine machine cleaning and operator care tasks
- Identifying equipment issues and working with trades and support teams where repairs are required
- Supporting the wider production team to achieve quality, safety and delivery targets

About you :

- Previous manufacturing, production or similar experience
- Experience operating machinery or production equipment
- Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Able to pass pre-employment medical
