Reporting into an APAC Reward Lead based mentor, take the lead on all things Total Reward for the Australian operations of this global firm.

What will you be doing?

Reporting into an APAC Head of Reward and working closely with an Australian HRD, you will play a key role in managing the annual remuneration review and bonus cycles, salary benchmarking, modelling and broader reward analytics.

A relatively stand-alone role - an ideal step up for a comp skilled with an initial rem role under their belt, you will enjoy plenty of autonomy but still have the support of a highly collaborative local HR team.

What background do you have?

You bring >3 years corporate or consulting-based Comp and Bens experience, with foundational strengths in salary benchmarking and data modelling.

You enjoy working with data and providing practical insights to support business decisions,



and educating the business about reward is right up your alley!
