Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Lead and coordinate the implementation of an effective ripening program.

- Manage and liaise with key accounts to ensure that all customer expectations and specifications are met.

- Stock movements and Inventory management.

- Inbound/outbound quality assurance.

- Daily reporting and general administration duties

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:





- 3 years of ripening experience is preferred.

- Valid Forklift License

- Ability to work early morning start times from 1:30 am.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

- Proficient with using computers.

- A desire to continuously improve processes.

- Works well in a team environment
