This role is primarily for night shifts at our 24 hour/7day per week Roadhouse at Trentham Cliffs.

- Monday to Sunday (Weekend work will be required)
- Predominantly night shifts
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
- Console and point-of-sale operation, including cash handling
- Store administration including daily reports, balancing, banking and reconciliation
- Fuel monitoring, including daily fuel dips
- Stock control, processing and merchandising
- Food preparation and food handling in line with food safety standards
- Short-order cooking of meals as ordered
- Preparing ready-to-go food and maintaining a fully stocked bain-marie
- Preparing sandwiches, wraps, rolls and salads
- General cleaning and maintaining a protected, hygienic work environment
