About the role

Rodd & Gunn, a leading fashion retailer, is seeking energetic and passionate Casual Stylists to join their team at the David Jones Robina store, Queensland. As a Casual Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect Rodd & Gunn apparel and accessories to suit their style and needs. This is a casual position, offering adaptable working hours to accommodate the busy holiday shopping season.

What you'll be doing

- Providing personalised and attentive customer service to ensure an exceptional shopping experience

- Assisting customers in selecting the right products by understanding their preferences and needs

- Maintaining a well-presented and visually appealing store environment

- Restocking and organising merchandise to ensure the store is always customer-ready

- Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately

- Adhering to Rodd & Gunn's brand standards and policies

What we're looking for

- Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the fashion industry

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills,



with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers

- Strong product knowledge and a passion for fashion and style

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well in a team and under pressure during peak periods
