The Role

We are seeking a Full Time Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping Team. This is your opportunity to foster a career in hospitality within reputable hotel and be part of a hardworking and innovative team.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills

- Experience in hospitality or similar background

- Ability to work professionally under pressure

- Passion for providing every guest with a positive experience





- Ability to communicate effectively using appropriate language and communication skills in the areas of guest contact, employee relations, and complaint handling

- Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster

- Be a team player

- Consistent pride in their grooming and presentation

- Knowledge of Opera PMS is desirable
