WEmpower is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered support within the disability and community services sector. As the organization continues to grow, they are looking for an experienced Rostering Coordinator to join their team and play an important role in ensuring clients receive consistent, reliable and high-quality support.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating staff rosters, ensuring clients receive consistent and high-quality support, and responding quickly to changes in staffing and service requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and maintain staff rosters across multiple service locations
- Match appropriately skilled support workers to individual client requirements
- Monitor staff availability, leave and shift changes
- Ensure shifts are appropriately covered and minimize gaps in service
- Build strong working relationships with support workers and operational teams
- Monitor attendance, punctuality and roster compliance
- Maintain accurate rostering and staffing records
- Assist with identifying ongoing staffing requirements and workforce gaps




- Ensure rosters align with client support needs and service requirements

About You - We are looking for someone who is:

- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Able to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressure
- Confident using rostering systems, Previous experience using MYP care management software is highly desired
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Strong understanding of NDIS rostering and service delivery requirements
- Knowledge of SCHADS Award requirements
