College 21, a nationally recognised RTO and CRICOS provider with popular Trade qualifications is seeking an experienced Marketing Executive to lead strategic marketing and student recruitment initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive domestic and international student enrolments
- Manage digital campaigns including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising
- Conduct market research and analyse campaign performance against KPIs
- Create and oversee marketing content across digital and print platforms
- Build and manage relationships with education agents, partners, and industry stakeholders
- Support agent onboarding, engagement, and performance monitoring
- Coordinate recruitment events, open days, and promotional activities
- Ensure compliance with ASQA,



CRICOS, ESOS Framework, and RTO Standards

Selection Criteria
- Qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within education or training sectors

Desirable
- Experience within an RTO or international education sector
- Knowledge of student recruitment and compliance frameworks
- Established agent or industry network
