KOVA Nails & Beauty is a specialist nail salon known for Russian e-file manicures, detailed cuticle care, BIAB and clean, long-lasting gel overlays.

We are looking for an experienced Russian Manicure Nail Technician who has a strong eye for detail and can consistently achieve exceptionally clean, precise results.

What We’re Looking For The most important part of this role is exceptional cuticle care and a technically correct gel overlay.

You should be confident in:

- Detailed Russian/e-file cuticle preparation
- Creating a very clean cuticle line and polished finish
- Secure and precise e-file technique
- Correct gel/BIAB application and nail architecture
- Creating a smooth, balanced and properly structured overlay
- Working close to the cuticle without flooding or touching the skin
- Achieving clean, long-lasting results on natural nails
- Nail shaping and preparation
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and sterilisation standards

About You

You should

- Have professional experience performing Russian/e-file manicures
- Have excellent cuticle-care skills
- Be confident with BIAB and gel overlays
- Have a strong understanding of natural nail structure and gel application
- Be highly detail-oriented and take pride in precision
- Be able to consistently produce clean, refined work
- Have a professional and friendly approach with clients
- Be reliable and comfortable working independently




- Be committed to maintaining and developing your technical skills
- Saturday availability is required.
