Ten Commandments Granite and Marble is seeking a Sales & Administration team member to join us in Yeppoon, QLD. This is a full-time position that plays a key role in supporting our sales, customer service and maintaining the administrative functions essential to our business.
Key responsibilities
- You will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with selecting stone bench top colours and finishes for residential and commercial projects.
- Designing headstones and memorials for clients, with care and sensitivity
- Processing and managing customer enquiries
- Preparing sales documentation, work orders, stock orders and invoices in a timely manner
- Responding to customer enquiries, providing friendly customer service
- Liaising with suppliers and service providers
What we're looking for
- Experience in sales administration or client-facing administrative roles
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a qualified approach to client interactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel and Word
- Experience with Xero accounting software preferred.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
