Pearl Recruitment is looking for a Sales / Key Account Manager to join a well-known industrial, safety and workwear business in Kalgoorlie.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys dealing with people, getting out on the road and building relationships. You don’t need years of sales experience – if you’ve got a positive attitude, confidence and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you.

You’ll be joining a supportive team that works with some of WA’s biggest mining, resources, government and industrial businesses.

What you'll be doing

- Visiting customers and making regular sales calls
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Understanding what customers need and finding the right solutions
- Managing key accounts across the region
- Working with the internal team to sort out customer or supply issues
- Keeping customer information and sales activity up to date
- Working to a structured 2-week customer call cycle
- Helping out in the branch when needed
- Getting out and about on the road – this isn't an office-only role!

What we're looking for

- Customer service or sales background
- Account Management experience is a bonus, but not essential




- Experience in mining, construction, manufacturing, industrial or government would be great
- Someone confident speaking with customers and building relationships
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Someone who can work independently and manage their own time
- Full Australian working rights – no Working Holiday Visas
