What you'll be doing:

- Generating leads and building a powerful database to grow your market share

- Managing client relationships with confidence, care, and consistency

- Appraising, preparing, listing, and marketing properties to a high standard

- Keeping your finger on the pulse of local market trends and buyer behaviour

- Negotiating successful outcomes for both buyers and sellers

We're looking for:

- Licensed real estate professionals ready to take the next step

- Australian work rights are required for this position

- Confident communicators with strong interpersonal skills

- Self-motivated go-getters with a hunger to succeed

- Sales experience is a plus, but not a dealbreaker




- A minimum of 2+ years of real estate sales experience is preferred

- Experience in off-the-plan sales can be advantageous

- Familiarity with the Rhodes, Ryde, Epping or surrounding areas (or a keen interest to learn it fast)

- Bilingual agents highly sought after — but not essential
