About the role

Working closely with management and the operations team, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of Kulparri Tyres & Mechanical through a combination of sales, business development and marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

- Promoting Kulparri's tyre, mechanical, fleet and mobile service capabilities

- Following up enquiries, leads, quotations and potential contracts

- Assisting with client proposals, capability statements, tenders and presentations

- Developing and implementing sales and marketing initiatives

- Creating content for social media, email campaigns, newsletters and the company website

- Coordinating photography, videos, client updates and promotional material

- Maintaining client databases and tracking sales opportunities

- Monitoring industry activity, market trends and competitor services

About you

- Previous sales, business development or marketing experience

- Experience within the mechanical, automotive, tyre, transport, mining or heavy industry sectors
- A sound understanding of mechanical services, workshop operations or fleet maintenance

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills





- Confidence speaking with clients, suppliers and key industry stakeholders
- The ability to identify opportunities and convert enquiries into ongoing work

- Strong writing skills for proposals, marketing material and social media content

- Valuable organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

- Experience using Microsoft Office and customer relationship management systems
