We are looking for a passionate automotive sales qualified who is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience, building strong relationships and achieving outstanding sales results.

What You'll Be Doing

- Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the entire sales process

- Responding to and following up customer enquiries promptly and professionally

- Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers

- Identifying customer needs and matching them with the right Jaecoo vehicle

- Conducting professional vehicle presentations, demonstrations and test drives

- Preparing and presenting vehicle quotes and negotiating sales

- Following up leads and maximising every sales opportunity

- Maintaining accurate customer records and ensuring all enquiries are followed through to completion

- Using online platforms and digital communication to engage with customers

- Staying up to date with Jaecoo product knowledge, features, pricing and current campaigns

- Keeping informed about competitor products and market trends

- Working closely with the wider dealership team to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Consistently working towards and achieving individual sales targets and KPIs

What We're Looking For

- Previous experience in automotive sales is highly desirable
- A proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- A genuine passion for cars and the automotive industry
- A strong customer-first mindset and commitment to delivering outstanding service





- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills

- Confidence in dealing with customers both face-to-face and through digital channels
- A proactive and self-motivated approach

- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills

- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- The ability to work effectively as part of a high-performing team
- A current driver's licence
