About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at our Keysborough, VIC location on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our business, building relationships with customers and driving sales growth across our product range. You will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional customer experiences whilst achieving sales targets and expanding our client base. Key responsibilities

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with both residential and commercial customers

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business

Present and demonstrate pool, spa and associated products, equipment, and solutions to potential customers

Provide expert advice and recommendations based on customer needs and preferences

Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales whilst maintaining profitability

Prepare accurate quotations and sales proposals for customers

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Record and manage customer information and sales data accurately in our systems





Liaise with our operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction

Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings

Attend customer site visits and conduct product demonstrations as required

What we're looking for

Proven track record in a sales role, preferably within the pool & spa and/or plumbing industry, retail, or a related sector

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly

Excellent negotiation skills and a customer-focused approach to closing sales

Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications

Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel to customer sites

Knowledge of pool & spa and Plumbing products, equipment and maintenance is advantageous

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment

Skilled presentation skills and a positive attitude towards customer service
