Position Overview: The Project Manager and Estimator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of concrete projects, from initial estimation through to completion. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tenders for concrete projects.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any challenges that arise.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all project phases.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and conditions.
- Prepare and present project proposals to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in project management and estimation within the concreting industry is a benefit.
