About the role

What you'll bring
- Relevant qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and Project Management
- Strong experience in the design and delivery of controls systems
- Experience writing & reviewing Functional Design Specifications (FDS) for controls/automation systems
- Strong Controls/PLC automation experience, including system design, integration and troubleshooting
- Project management experience within a project engineering environment
- Previous site installation and management experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for reading mechanical and electrical drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and ideally Navision and JIRA
- Specialised knowledge in sensor/actuator technology, control systems and logistics
- Background in Material Handling/Automation preferred
- Knowledge of CDM regulations, CE and UKCA certifications an advantage
