Bison Project Group is a growing Melbourne business operating across demolition, asbestos removal, waste management and recycling. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Estimator to join our team.

The RoleThis is a hands-on estimating and sales role. You’ll manage enquiries from initial contact through to quotation and follow-up, helping convert opportunities into secured work.

You’ll be responsible for

- Responding to new sales enquiries
- Attending sites and assessing demolition requirements
- Preparing accurate, competitive quotations
- Following up quotes and converting opportunities
- Building relationships with builders, developers and clients
- Maintaining leads and opportunities in our CRM
- Working closely with operations to ensure quoted works can be delivered effectively

About YouWe’re looking for someone who is:
- Confident dealing with customers




- Commercially minded and comfortable with numbers
- Organised and able to manage multiple opportunities
- Proactive with quote follow-up and sales
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

Experience in demolition, construction, earthmoving, waste or a similar industry is highly regarded, but not essential. What We Offer
