Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales role based in Charters Towers, QLD. The Sales professional will engage directly with customers, respond to inquiries, present product and service offerings, and guide customers through the purchasing process. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and collaborating with team members to support retail operations.





The role also involves providing ongoing customer service, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell, and participating in sales training and performance reviews to continuously improve results.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management capabilities to achieve targets and support the overall sales strategy.
