Sales & Property Management Coordinator

Spire Recruitment is seeking a versatile real estate professional for a rare full-time, dual-function opportunity in Melbourne’s south-east.

This role suits someone who enjoys the variety and energy of sales support, while also bringing sound property management capability. You’ll split your week between supporting a successful commercial sales function and managing a portfolio-based property management workload.

The role:

Working across a five-day week, your time will be broadly divided between:

- Three days supporting the sales team and sales administration process
- Two days managing property management duties and client relationships
- Preparing sales documentation, proposals, listings and marketing material
- Coordinating campaigns, inspections, enquiries and buyer follow-up
- Assisting with contracts, settlements and general sales administration
- Managing a defined commercial property portfolio
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and internal team members
- Coordinating maintenance, lease documentation and property-related administration
- Maintaining accurate records across CRM and property management systems

About you:

You may currently be a commercial sales administrator, sales coordinator, property manager or assistant property manager looking for a more varied role.

To be successful, you will bring:

- Experience within commercial real estate, ideally across sales support and/or property management




- Strong administration, organisation and follow-up skills
- Confidence communicating with landlords, tenants, buyers, vendors and service providers
- A proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written communication and attention to detail
- A current Agent’s Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice is highly regarded
- A current Victorian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
