At Blue Croc Rubbish, we are trusted name in skip bag and rubbish removal across the Mornington Peninsula and Melbourne, and we're known for making rubbish removal simple. We're now looking for a Sales Rep who thrives on the road, knows how to build rapport fast, and isn't afraid to chase the win.

This is a role for someone who backs themselves, takes control of the sales journey, and knows how to turn a conversation on site into a locked-in account.

What You'll Be Doing

This is hands on, real world selling, mostly on the road, out on site, with follow-up calls and emails when you're in the office.

- Get out on site visit builders, tradies, and site managers directly to introduce Blue Croc and win new accounts.

- Act on recent leads fast reach out, qualify, and follow up with calls and emails between site visits.

- Follow up and close stay on it and convert interest into a booked account.

- Build real relationships stay connected with builders and site contacts so they come back to us every time.

- Keep things moving respond to emails, keep your pipeline organised,



and follow up on outstanding leads.

Who You Are
- A confident closer, persuasive, direct, and solutions-focused

- Comfortable on the road, happy driving between sites and meeting people face to face day to day

- Presentable and professional, you can hold your own on a building site or in a phone call

- Organised, you don't let leads or follow-ups slip through the cracks

- Driven, you enjoy the chase and take pride in locking in new accounts

- Bonus if you've worked in sales, construction, trades, or a similar on-the-road role

- $65,000 – $75,000 base salary, plus superannuation
