With the company undergoing significant growth and expansion, they're seeking an organised and adaptable Sales Representative to join their Pinkenba team.

About the Role

This is a diverse position that combines sales, customer relationship management, and operational support. You’ll work closely with customers, identify new opportunities, prepare quotations, and help coordinate successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospecting and identifying new business opportunities
- Building and maintaining solid customer relationships
- Tendering and preparing quotations
- Conducting customer credit checks
- Managing customer enquiries and providing solutions
- Coordinating with operational teams to ensure successful delivery
- Representing the Austmix brand with professionalism and integrity
- Occasional Saturday work may be required to support customer and operational needs

About You

- Experience/knowledge within the construction, building, landscaping, civil, or related industries
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide practical solutions
- Comfortable working autonomously and managing your own workload
- An excellent communicator
- Curious and asks the right questions
- Ambitious and motivated to build a long-term career
