You might already work in sales, business development, property, construction or something completely different. For us, your exact background matters less than your ability to connect with people and build trust.

We’re not looking for someone who simply ticks every box on a .

You could be the right fit if you:

- Are naturally confident, personable and outstanding with people
- Know how to listen, ask the right questions and understand what a client really wants
- Can build genuine relationships
- Know how to turn conversations into opportunities
- Are proactive, driven and motivated by achievements
- Communicate clearly and follow through
- Can represent an established home-building brand with confidence and professionalism




- Have the energy and initiative to create opportunities

Experience in residential building, property or a related industry would be a bonus, but it isn’t everything.

We care more about attitude, instinct, communication skills and your ability to connect with people.

Home Impact has been designing and building homes across Sydney for more than 25 years. With an in-house design team and decades of experience, we work with homeowners from concept to completion to bring their dream homes to life.
