We're PetsOnMe — the indie pet insurer taking on the big guys with a product we actually believe in.

Now we need another voice on the phones. Someone to help our members with their cover and turn "just checking in" calls into "yep, let's protect my dog properly" conversations. ?

What you'll actually be doing:

? Calling new puppy (and kitten!) owners once their free cover is wrapping up

? Having real conversations — not robotic hard-sell sales pitches

? Converting trials into paid plans using our sales framework (we'll train you — no experience needed, just good energy)

? Owning your own numbers and celebrating the wins with the team

You'll be a great fit if you're:

✅ A genuinely good talker — the kind of person people trust within 30 seconds

✅ Hungry to learn, not afraid of a phone

✅ Comfortable with targets (and actually a bit competitive about them)

✅ Someone who loves animals — bonus points if you've got your own





✅ Have 1 - 2 years retail or customer facing experience The good stuff:

? Full time, part time or casual — we'll build the role around you

? Adaptable hybrid working, our office is based in Potts Point, Sydney

? Small team, real impact — you're not a cog, you're part of the engine

? You'll spend your day talking about puppies and kittens. That's basically it.
