Role Description The Salesforce Automation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce automation workflows that support sales, marketing, and operational processes. Day-to-day tasks include configuring Salesforce automation tools, creating and maintaining process flows, building and executing test cases, and troubleshooting issues to ensure system reliability.

The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, translate them into scalable automation solutions,



and maintain high standards of data quality and system performance. The role also involves contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, documenting processes, and supporting training and adoption of new Salesforce automation features.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Process Automation and Salesforce Automation, with experience designing and optimizing end-to-end workflows.
- Hands-on experience with Troubleshooting and issue resolution in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Ability to design, execute, and maintain Test Cases as part of Quality Assurance for automation and system changes.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices, including regression testing, user acceptance testing, and documentation of test results.
- Proficiency with Salesforce configuration (flows, process builder, approval processes, validation rules) and familiarity with Apex or integrations is an advantage.
- Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to data accuracy and system integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) are highly beneficial.
