Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Brisbane, QLD. The Salesperson will assist customers in selecting suitable landscaping and gardening products, provide product knowledge and advice, and process in-store and phone orders accurately. Day-to-day tasks include managing point-of-sale transactions, preparing quotes, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized yard and showroom.

The role involves regular interaction with domestic and commercial customers, responding to inquiries, updating basic product displays,



and working closely with the yard and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders. The Salesperson will also support promotional activities and contribute to a positive, customer-focused team environment.

Qualifications

- Customer service and sales skills, including the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and recommend appropriate products.
- Basic product knowledge or strong interest in landscaping, gardening, building materials, and outdoor projects.
- Competence with point-of-sale systems, order processing, and handling cash and electronic payments accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with domestic and commercial customers and team members.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple inquiries, orders, and delivery schedules efficiently.
- Ability to work safely in a yard setting, including handling light to moderate manual tasks and following workplace health and safety procedures.
- Previous experience in retail, trade supply, or landscaping-related sales is beneficial but not essential.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working full time on-site in Brisbane, QLD, including some weekend or peak-period shifts as required.
