Seeking an experienced SAP Customer Data Cloud (Gigya) Consultant to design, configure, and deliver CIAM solutions as part of digital transformation programs. The role involves implementing customer identity, authentication, SSO, consent and preference management solutions, while ensuring security, privacy, and seamless integration with enterprise platforms.

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of CIAM experience,



including 3+ years with SAP CDC (Gigya).
- Strong expertise in Registration & Authentication, SSO, Social Login, Passwordless Authentication, Consent Management, and Customer Account Management.
- Experience with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, MFA, and Identity Federation.
- Hands-on experience with SAP CDC configuration, screen sets, data schemas, workflows, policies, and integrations using REST APIs and webhooks.
- Proven ability to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and deliver end-to-end implementations.
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Desirable: SAP CX/Service Cloud experience, Agile delivery, utilities industry experience, and knowledge of GDPR and Australian Privacy Principles (APP).
