Locations: Sydney and Brisbane

Zer01 is seeking two experienced SAP Project Managers to lead complex S/4HANA transformation projects for major enterprise clients.

These are senior delivery roles requiring demonstrated experience managing an SAP S/4HANA project through to successful delivery. General ERP or legacy SAP experience alone will not meet the mandatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of an SAP S/4HANA project.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Coordinate business, technology, functional, data, testing and change workstreams.
- Manage systems integrators, SAP partners and third-party vendors.
- Establish effective governance, reporting and decision-making forums.
- Engage senior executives, business leaders and technical stakeholders.
- Oversee testing, cutover,



deployment, go-live and hypercare.
- Ensure business readiness and a successful transition into operational support.

Mandatory experience
- Proven SAP S/4HANA project management experience.
- Successful delivery of at least one S/4HANA implementation or transformation project.
- Robust end-to-end project delivery and governance capability.
- Experience managing systems integrators and external vendors.
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Demonstrated management of complex risks, dependencies and competing priorities.
- Australian working rights and the ability to work in Sydney or Brisbane.
