Scrum Master / Team Coach | Contract Prospect

SRA Information Technology is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Team Coach to support multiple Agile delivery teams within a large-scale digital services environment.

This opportunity will see you working across teams responsible for both digital product design and the ongoing sustainment and enhancement of critical business systems. You'll play a key role in empowering teams to deliver value, supporting Program Increment (PI) objectives, driving continuous improvement, and fostering high-performing Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Coach and mentor multidisciplinary teams on Agile ways of working, self-organisation and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
- Support PI Planning, Agile Release Train (ART) events and cross-team coordination activities.
- Assist teams to effectively plan and deliver work within agreed timeframes and constraints.




- Monitor delivery metrics including velocity, cycle time and work-in-progress (WIP) limits.
- Identify and address impediments, risks and dependencies impacting delivery outcomes.
- Partner with Product Owners, Product Managers, Designers and technical delivery teams to ensure alignment and value delivery.
- Maintain accurate team and program reporting and support backlog management activities.

About You

You will bring

- 3+ years' experience as a Scrum Master, Team Coach or Delivery Lead.
- Demonstrated experience working within multidisciplinary digital product or software delivery teams.
- Strong practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and Agile delivery principles.
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams toward continuous improvement.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Experience working with Azure DevOps and Miro and/or Figma.
- Relevant Agile, Scrum Master, SAFe or Delivery Management certifications.

Highly Regarded

- Experience operating within SAFe environments.
- Exposure to operational support, service management or sustainment teams.
- Knowledge of ITIL practices, including incident, problem and change management.
- Experience with service performance reporting, release readiness activities and post-implementation reviews.

Security Requirement

Baseline Security Clearance, or the ability to obtain one.
