Whether you hold a Diploma or Certificate III qualification with experience in Early Childhood Education and Care, you’ll join a skilled team delivering a high-quality program in a protected, engaging and responsive environment. This role will primarily support our 0-3 age group, and we are looking for an experienced, flexible educator who can confidently contribute across the service as needed while building strong relationships with children, families and educators.
About The Role
This will include
- Supporting our 0-3 age group, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Educator to bring their knowledge and skills to a collaborative team environment.
- Collaborate with children to follow their interests and create engaging learning experiences
- Support children’s physical, emotional, and developmental needs
- Observe, document, and evaluate children’s learning and development
- Create environments that promote trust, security, flexible routines, and smooth transitions
- Contribute positively to a supportive and inclusive team culture
About You You will have experience and skills in the following:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Certificate III qualified with experience in early childhood education and care.
- Demonstrated experience working with infants and toddlers and the ability to adapt practice across different age groups.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and working knowledge of the National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Child protection training and commitment to child safety
- Current valid NSW Working with Children Check and current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
- Experience working in diverse and inclusive environments, including supporting children with additional needs.
- A genuine commitment to inclusive practice and building respectful partnerships with families from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences.
- Strong understanding of child development and the ability to support high-quality learning outcomes across the service, including children’s health, hygiene and nutritional needs.
- Strong verbal and written communication, relationship-building and teamwork skills with a commitment to child safety
