Our Skills &

Qualifications Officer, Sean's responsible for curriculum design, and managing delivery of key programmes including BFI Film Academy, Through the Lens, Young Filmmakers Hub and bespoke partnership projects. He delivers and assesses Arts Award, SQA, and BFI/Screen Skills Preparing to Work in the Film Industry qualifications, also acting as an External Quality Assurer for SQA, and previously as Internal Moderator for the BFI for 5 years, supporting film learning orgs across the UK. First developing as a young learner on programmes at our org, Sean holds a BA (Hons) Film and Photography from Edinburgh Napier University.
