As an agency that prides itself on fostering client relationships and delivering exceptional organic growth results, we are now seeking a client first Search Account Manager to be the key liaison between clients and the agency's strategic and delivery teams.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As the Search Account Manager, you will own and nurture day-to-day client relationships, working closely with marketing managers, eCommerce leaders, and senior stakeholders. Your role will involve leading client meetings, presenting SEO performance, and translating strategic plans into actionable projects. You will ensure campaigns meet KPIs, manage client expectations, and identify opportunities for account growth. Additionally,



you’ll leverage AI tools to enhance workflows and client outcomes.

WHAT YOU NEED...

- 3 - 5 years of experience in a client facing TIER 1 account management role within an SEO, digital, performance, or full service agency
- Strong understanding of SEO, including technical fundamentals, on-page, content, and link acquisition
- Proficiency in GA, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and/or Semrush
- Experience with eCommerce clients, preferably within Shopify environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial acumen in scope, retainers, upsell, and renewals
- Interest in AI Search, GEO, and organic discovery trends
