Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist. The specialist will conduct keyword research, perform on-page optimization, and recommend improvements to site structure and content. The role also involves planning and executing ethical link-building initiatives, collaborating with content and product teams, and staying current with search engine algorithm updates and SEO best practices. The specialist is expected to work independently, manage priorities, and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Keyword Research skills, including identifying opportunities, mapping terms to content, and assessing search intent.
- Candidates should possess skills in conducting SEO Audits and On-Page SEO optimization, covering technical checks, metadata, internal linking,



and content structure.
- Candidates should possess skills in Link Building, focusing on ethical, white-hat strategies, outreach, and relationship building with relevant sites.
- Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills, including use of tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar platforms for tracking and reporting.
- Relevant qualifications include experience with SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), familiarity with CMS platforms, and basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, clear written communication, and the capacity to work independently in a remote setting are essential.
- Prior experience in SEO or digital marketing and relevant coursework or certification in marketing, analytics, or related fields is beneficial.
