Staff Health Administration Officer (Lvl 2) - SWSLHD - Perm FT

We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. You'll be organised, detail-oriented and able to manage a busy workload while maintaining accuracy and professionalism. This role suits someone who is comfortable working with data, reports, and multiple computer systems, and who can confidently communicate with a diverse range of staff and stakeholders. You'll be someone who can work well independently, use initiative, and adapt to changing priorities, while also contributing positively to a supportive team environment. As you'll be working with sensitive staff information, discretion and a strong commitment to confidentiality are essential. Most importantly, we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a genuine desire to contribute to a service that supports the health and wellbeing of our workforce.

Selection Criteria

- Demonstrated high level customer service skills with a supportive and responsive approach to managing enquiries.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills, including the ability to liaise clearly and professionally with team members and a range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion, professionalism and adherence to privacy requirements.
- Capacity to quickly learn and apply new systems and processes (experience with ROB, MS Teams and VaxLink will be highly regarded).
- Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1 or P2). Those who hold a C class license (P1 or P2 included) from a state other than NSW must obtain a NSW C class (P1 or P2 included) license within three months of appointment. Learner's licenses are not permitted.
