Thomasz Design & Construction is seeking an experienced and highly capable Site Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a key role overseeing residential projects from commencement through to completion. We are looking for someone with a strong background in high-end residential projects, who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship, maintaining programme and budget requirements, and providing a high level of service to clients and consultants.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise residential construction projects from start to completion
- Oversee high-end residential construction
- Coordinate and manage trades, subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
- Ensure construction works are completed to drawings, specifications, quality standards and building regulations
- Manage site programmes, sequencing and daily site activities
- Monitor project progress and proactively address delays or issues
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality-control checks
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, clients and subcontractors
- Review drawings, specifications and construction details
- Identify and resolve construction issues efficiently and professionally
About you
- Strong experience in high-end residential construction
- A thorough understanding of construction processes, sequencing and building practices
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
- Robust knowledge of Australian building standards and construction requirements
- Excellent trade and subcontractor management skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent communication and client-management skills
