We are seeking an experienced and committed leader to take responsibility for all functions within our Central Services. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a well-established service that sits at the heart of the student journey, from their first interaction with the College through to enrolment and ongoing support.
Reporting to the Director of People and Central Services, you will ensure learners receive a high-quality experience whilst maintaining productive, effective and compliant services. Building on strong existing foundations, you will play an important role in developing your teams, enhancing ways of working and contributing to wider College priorities.
What we're looking for
Bringing your experience of managing admissions, student services, administration or customer-focused support functions, you will have a proven track record of developing people and delivering high-quality services. work collaboratively and strive for continuous improvement.
Why apply?
This is an opportunity to build on the success of well-respected services and make a meaningful contribution to the College and its students.
