We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help bring our venues to life through engaging digital marketing, social media, websites, events and content creation.

About the Role

As Marketing Coordinator, you'll join a close-knit marketing team that's passionate about showcasing the Three Pound Group difference. Working alongside the Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer, you'll play a key role in delivering marketing initiatives across all venues.

From creating engaging social content and maintaining our websites to assisting with campaigns and supporting events, no two days are the same. You'll help strengthen our online presence while ensuring our marketing remains consistent, engaging and true to each venue's personality.

We're looking for someone who's ready to get stuck in, eager to learn, highly organised and has a great eye for detail. A passion for photography and content creation is a bonus - but not essential. We'll happily teach the right person (and yes, menu shoots are always a good time).

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with photography and videography of food, beverages, venues and lifestyle content.

- Create engaging content across social media platforms in line with each venue's marketing strategy.

- Monitor and manage venue social media channels, responding to customer enquiries or escalating where required.





- Manage and update website content, copy and imagery across all venues, ensuring information is accurate and on brand.

- Work with the marketing team to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns.

- Monitor website, social media and digital advertising performance, providing recommendations for optimisation.

- Manage EDM databases and assist with email marketing campaigns.

- Monitor Google Reviews, identify trends or issue, and escalate feedback to venue management where required.

- Assist with broader marketing projects and digital initiatives across the group.

- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, social media best practice and emerging platforms.

- Assist with the planning, coordination and delivery of events across the group.

Don't worry if you haven't used every platform - many of these can be taught, and experience with similar systems is highly transferable.

About You

You'll be someone who brings:

- Great attention to detail.

- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

- Confidence working both independently and collaboratively.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

- Previous hospitality and/or marketing experience (preferred but not essential).
