TCLH seek passionate and experienced FIFO Chefs to join our teams across our Labour Hire and Managed Camps on a relief / ad-hoc basis, with opportunities to move into our Managed Camps on a casual 14/14 rotation pending performance and operational requirements.
These roles will be ex Perth.

DUTIES INVOLVED

- Create and deliver high quality, nutritious, delicious meals that exceed expectations

- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a positive and enjoyable dining experience

- Adapt to different kitchens and environments while delivering mouth-watering dishes

- Maintain and promote impeccable standards of cleanliness,



organisation and comfort within camp and village facilities and adhering to HACCP guidelines and Food Safety Standards

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

- Nationally Recognised Trade Qualification with a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Australian Qualification)

- Open unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence

- Previous experience working in remote environments or camps (highly advantageous)

- Ability to undertake and pass a Pre-Employment Medical including a Drug & Alcohol test
