Built 2 Last Constructions is a growing construction company who specialise in delivering quality residential, commercial and maintenance works across Adelaide Metro. We are seeking an experienced carpenter and gyprocker, as well as a labourer to join our growing team in full-time positions working across Adelaide Metro.
Key responsibilities
Carpenter:
- Carpentry and building works (First and Second Fix)
- Repairs and maintenance
- Door, lock, skirting and architrave repairs
- Timber repairs and replacement
- General building maintenance
- Working on an assortment of residential and commercial projects
- Work independently and as part of a team
Gyprocker & Flusher:
- Gyprock installation, patching and repairs
- Stopping, setting and flushing
- Repairs and maintenance works
- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and presentation
General Labourer:
- Assist tradespeople on site
- General construction duties
- Site preparation and clean-up
- Loading, unloading and moving materials
- Basic demolition and strip-outs
- Assist with maintenance works
- Keep work areas safe, clean and organised
About you
Carpenter:
- Strong carpentry knowledge and proven trade experience
- Can undertake a broad range of maintenance and repair works
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Motivated and able to work independently
- Current National Police Clearance — essential
- Own reliable vehicle
- Own tools
- Reliable, professional and customer-focused
Gyprocker & Flusher:
- Proven experience as a Gyprocker/Flusher
- Strong attention to detail
- Takes pride in their work
- Motivated and self-driven
- Can work independently and meet deadlines
- Current National Police Clearance — essential
- Own reliable vehicle
- Own tools
- Reliable, professional and well presented
General Labourer:
- Physically fit and reliable
- Strong work ethic
- Motivated and willing to learn
- Can follow instructions and work safely
- Positive attitude
- Can work effectively as part of a team
- Own reliable vehicle
- Construction experience preferred but not essential
- Current National Police Clearance — essential
- Current driver's licence
- Relevant tools for the position being applied for
