The Opportunity: Step Into a Leadership Role

We’re on the lookout for a motivated, client-focused, and outcomes-driven leader to join our growing team. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to shape the future of care.

What you’ll do:

- Lead with empathy and excellence in delivering community-based rehabilitation and clinical services.

- Conduct comprehensive health and injury assessments using evidence-based tools.

- Work across diverse age groups (0–65), supporting clients with disability and/or complex conditions.

- Mentor and inspire fellow clinicians, sharing your expertise to elevate the whole team.

- Champion a client-centric approach that prioritises dignity, independence, and quality of life.

✅ What You Bring:

- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy , Speech Pathology , or Psychology .

- Current AHPRA or SPA registration.

- Experience in NDIS/HCP is ideal, but solid clinical foundations are key.

- A passion for helping clients reach their full potential.

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

- A valid driver’s licence and Working with Children Check.
