Role Description

We are seeking a Security Technician, Senior Security Technician, Service Technician and Maintenance Technician for a full-time, on-site role based in Edwardstown, SA. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic security systems, including alarm systems, CCTV, and access control.

Daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring systems remain fully operational, and providing client support to resolve concerns and optimise system performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, maintain, and repair security systems including alarms, CCTV/IP cameras, and access control
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system faults efficiently
- Ensure all systems comply with relevant standards and operational requirements
- Provide professional on-site client support and system guidance
- Adhere to occupational health and safety requirements at all times

Skills & Experience

- Proven experience installing and maintaining alarm systems and CCTV/IP security cameras
- Experience with one or more of the following systems:
- Gallagher
- Integriti
- Inception
- Protege
- Salto
- NX Witness / Milestone
- Ability to identify and resolve technical issues independently
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset

Requirements

- Valid Australian driver’s licence
- Security Licence
- Cabling Licence
- EWP Licence Scissor and Boom
- Police Check
- Ability to work on-site across various client locations
- Robust commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
