Senior AWS Connect SME (Onsite Lead):

Role Summary

- Serve as the onsite technical leader and customer-facing SME for Amazon Connect transformation, migration, conversational AI, enterprise integrations and managed service operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architecture and solution design; manage stakeholder workshops; guide offshore teams; oversee Amazon Connect implementation, migration, IVR/contact flows, routing profiles, integrations, governance, release management and production support.

Technical Skills

- Amazon Connect, Contact Flows, Routing Profiles, Contact Lens, AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Lex, Transcribe, Translate, Polly, IAM, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, S3, EventBridge, REST APIs, CI/CD, Git, ServiceNow integrations.

Leadership Responsibilities

- Provide technical direction, mentor engineers,



drive best practices, review designs, manage risks and support executive-level customer engagements.

Preferred Experience

- Global contact center transformations, multilingual solutions, voice-to-voice translation, cloud migration programmes, managed services and enterprise architecture engagements.

Certifications

- AWS Solutions Architect Skilled, AWS Developer Associate, AWS SysOps Administrator and related AWS certifications preferred.

Soft Skills

- Executive communication, stakeholder management, consulting skills, problem solving and leadership.
