The Job
CapitaLand Investment (CLI) is one of the world's leading real estate investment managers, with a global platform spanning lodging, living, logistics, business parks, commercial and other real asset sectors. We are seeking two outstanding real estate investment professionals to join our growing Investment & Business Development team in Australia, with one based in Melbourne and one based in Sydney.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of transactions across multiple real estate sectors. You will gain exposure to acquisitions, divestments, fund investments, capital partnering opportunities and portfolio strategies while working within a global real estate investment platform.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and execute investment opportunities across multiple real estate sectors.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models and investment underwriting analyses.
- Conduct market research, investment screening and competitive analysis.
- Prepare investment committee papers, presentations and transaction materials.
- Assist with due diligence processes, transaction execution and negotiations.
- Support capital raising, investor engagement and fund initiatives where required.
- Work closely with internal asset management, capital markets, legal and finance teams as well as external advisors.
