A leading institutional investment organisation is expanding its private markets and partnerships capability and is seeking a high-calibre individual to join a growing, high-performing investment team. This is an opportunity to move beyond traditional asset underwriting and work across private equity and broader cross-asset partnership opportunities. The role will involve engaging with leading investment managers, assessing investment opportunities and contributing to the development of long-term strategic relationships. The successful candidate will ideally bring 5+ years of experience, with a background in private equity, private credit, corporate finance or similar with flexibility on seniority for an exceptional individual. Broader exposure across infrastructure, property or other alternative investments will also be viewed favourably. Technical investment skills are important,



but this role is particularly suited to someone who brings curiosity, commercial judgement, energy and strong relationship-building skills.

The organisation is deliberately looking for candidates who think differently from a traditional investment analyst and who are comfortable operating across asset classes and engaging with senior stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity for an investment professional looking to broaden their private markets experience, develop deeper manager relationships and play a meaningful role in the evolution of a large institutional investment portfolio in a sustainable and supportive environment. Sydney based with a minimum three days per week in the office.
