About Us
Nash Advisory is an independent, boutique corporate advisory firm partnering with mid-market and large-cap Australian and international businesses ($10m–$500m+). With a team of 20 professionals based in Melbourne and Brisbane, we specialise in corporate advisory and mergers & acquisitions.
Over the last 10 years, we have completed 65+ transactions for our clients, including company acquisitions and divestments, strategic alliances, and debt and equity capital raisings. With strong deal momentum throughout 2026 and a robust forward pipeline, we are continuing to grow and are seeking exceptional Senior Analysts and Managers to join our Melbourne team.

About You
At Nash, we value critical thinkers with an entrepreneurial mindset. This role is well suited to professionals seeking a first move out of Big 4 Corporate Finance (M&A;, Deals Advisory, Transaction Services, Valuations or Business Modelling), or a lateral move from a boutique investment bank or advisory firm in search of broader responsibility and faster progression.
You’ll be expected to hit the ground running,
with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate finance or corporate advisory. Depending on level, you will support and/or manage the execution of a range of transactions, including business sales, and mergers and acquisitions, with direct exposure to clients and senior decision-makers.
Key Skills & Experience
- 3+ years’ corporate advisory experience, working on end-to-end buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Strong interest in and passion for M&A;
- Demonstrated ability to support or manage transactions, including direct client interaction and relationship management
- Strong financial analysis capabilities
- Advanced financial modelling skills, including integrated three-way models
- Proven ability to independently prepare high-quality, client-ready materials (including pitch decks and information memoranda)
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with clients and team members
- Intellectually curious, self-driven and growth-oriented
- Relevant industry qualifications highly regarded
