About the Role

This is a 4 month contract and we are seeking an experienced Senior Campaign Manager to join a high performing marketing team with a global super fund. In this dynamic, fast-paced role, you will own the design, development, and delivery of strategic growth and retention campaigns targeting employer plan members. Working collaboratively with customer and distribution teams, you will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact and contribute to a high-performing growth culture.

Key Requirements

- 7-10 years of multi-channel campaign management experience within financial services, superannuation, or closely related sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in the superannuation and employer advantages landscape, including a solid command of consumer perspectives and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of driving member growth and retention through the end-to-end execution of targeted marketing campaigns.
- Strong data and analytics proficiency, utilising marketing automation platforms and KPIs to continuously optimise campaign performance.




- Exceptional stakeholder and project management skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end campaign strategy and execution for growth and retention initiatives, aligning them directly with core business objectives.
- Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive multi-channel campaign calendars while creating compelling content, messaging, and creative briefs.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics and KPIs, utilising data-driven insights to inform strategy and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
- Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and external agencies, maintaining alignment across all project phases.
- Partner closely with leadership to design impactful campaigns, and work alongside the distribution team to maximise audience reach.
