We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who is passionate about delivering insanely excellent products and solutions to our customers. Working with us as a Senior Business Analyst, you'll be at the forefront of that vision, partnering with customers, product leaders and development teams to identify, capture and translate complex business requirements into innovative product outcomes.

As a Senior Business Analyst at TechnologyOne, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our Enterprise Asset Management, Supply Chain Management and Fixed Assets solutions. You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand industry challenges, define product requirements, and help deliver enhancements that create real value for customers.

What you'll be doing…

- Develop and demonstrate deep understanding of the Enterprise Asset Management, Supply Chain Management and Fixed Assets solutions, including industry best practices, legislative requirements and customer processes.
- Work closely with Product Owners, customers and development teams throughout the product lifecycle to capture requirements and transform them into user stories, acceptance criteria and functional designs.
- Lead discovery sessions, workshops and customer engagements to understand current and future business requirements.
- Contribute to the design of new features and capabilities across Enterprise Asset Management, Supply Chain Management and Fixed Assets, ensuring solutions are scalable, practical and customer-focused.
- Partner with Development teams to break complex business requirements into deliverable product outcomes.
- Conduct Business Acceptance Testing and support functional testing activities to ensure solutions meet customer expectations and quality standards.
- Work with Product Success teams to develop enablement content, implementation guidance and customer-facing resources.
- Facilitate presentations, demonstrations and forums to communicate new product functionality and product direction.
- Provide subject matter expertise and mentoring to other Business Analysts across the product group.

Your Talents…

- Experience with enterprise ERP, Asset Management,



Supply Chain or Financial Management systems.
- Experience with TechnologyOne software would be highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst within Enterprise Asset Management, Asset Lifecycle Management, Supply Chain Management, Inventory Management or Fixed Assets environments.
- Experience engaging directly with local government, utilities, education or government sector customers.
- Experience capturing, documenting and validating complex business requirements and processes.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools and best practices.
- Experience working in Agile product development environments.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to influence outcomes, challenge assumptions and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
