The Opportunity

We are seeking an energetic and commercially minded Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Michael Kors DFO Perth .

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced luxury retail setting and loves developing people, creating exceptional customer experiences, and driving results. A strong background in clienteling and relationship-building will set you up for success.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in elevating store performance, inspiring your team, and bringing the Michael Kors brand to life every day.

What You'll Be Doing

- Driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives and client engagement

- Coaching, motivating,



and developing a high-performing team

- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with returning clients

- Ensuring impeccable store presentation, visual merchandising, and brand standards

- Supporting inventory management and day-to-day operational excellence

- Creating memorable client experiences that build lasting relationships and keep customers coming back.

Location: Michael Kors DFO Perth
Hours: Full-time, 38 hours per week (Sunday to Thursday)

What You'll Bring

- 2–4 years' experience in a retail leadership role; premium or luxury experience highly regarded

- Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising, and business development

- Passion for clienteling and delivering exceptional customer service

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving ability

- Confidence using retail systems and Microsoft Office applications

- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to take initiative

- A collaborative mindset and passion for team success
