We are currently looking for an experienced Landscaping Supervisor / Leading Hand to join a growing landscaping team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for running small crews of 2–5 labourers, overseeing projects from start to finish and ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
The ideal candidate will have:
-Previous experience in a supervisory / leading hand role
-Strong leadership and crew management skills
-Good project management and organisational skills
-High-level knowledge of the landscaping industry
-Experience across both soft and hard landscaping
-The ability to take a project brief, understand what is required and confidently run a crew to complete the job
-A hands-on approach and strong work ethic
What the role involves:
-Supervising and leading a crew of 2–5 labourers
-Managing day-to-day project requirements
-Allocating tasks and ensuring work is completed efficiently
-Overseeing landscaping projects from commencement through to completion
-Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety
