We’re currently looking for reliable, motivated Driller’s Offsiders to join our growing team.
This is a permanent full-time position from Day One — no casual contracts and no uncertainty about where you stand.
About the Role As a Driller’s Offsider, you’ll work alongside the Driller to support the safe and efficient operation of drilling activities.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Setting up and dismantling drilling rigs
- Assisting with drilling operations
- Maintaining and preparing equipment
- Keeping the worksite clean, organised and safe
- Following company and site safety procedures
- Working as part of a team to get the job done safely and efficiently

This is a hands-on, physically demanding role, so you’ll need to be fit, safety-conscious,



reliable and willing to get stuck in .
What We’re Looking For

- A valid manual driver’s licence — HR licence highly regarded
- Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
- Willingness to work in remote locations and physically demanding environments
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliability and a genuine commitment to safety
- Previous drilling, mining or labouring experience is preferred, but not essential
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills
